Homemade Yogurt in the crock pot
I attempted to make homemade yogurt in the crock pot last night, it came out pretty good. My daughter likes it alot. The link for the recipe I used is below. If you really do want a yogurt with the consistency that you find in stores, you should follow the geletin tips at the bottom. Otherwise, it tastes great and I'm going to make some frozen yogurts for the kids too!

Check this out...this looks so delicious I had to share.  Plan on making these for our July 4th party with some freshly picked strawberries.

Of course you can hollow out a strawberry and stuff it full of cheesecake.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Here's what you need:

About 20 strawberries... this was a little over one carton for me.

8 oz pkg softened cream cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 sleeve of graham crackers

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional

Just mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together and roll into balls.  Roll them around in the graham crackers and wahlah!  Drizzle some melted chocolate on them and you have some very delectable strawberries!
